The nutrition coaching, run coaching and therapeutic coaching options listed below are provided by Sarah Cuff.
In this package Sarah provides you the guidance you need to build a sustainable long-term (and enjoyable!) day to day nutrition program that is highly nourishing and nutrient-dense. She will provide you with ideas, menus and recipes you'll be able to use for years to follow, if not the rest of your life!
Perhaps most importantly, as a holistic nutritionist, she works with you in a manner that allows your own inner wisdom to help guide the process - we are all unique individuals with very different needs, and only our bodies always know best what we need in order to thrive.
Below are a number of areas that Sarah is commonly asked for support with - she is happy to address any of these areas and more:
- Desire to build a strong and healthy body that is resilient against injury and illness;
- Want to overcome fatigue / constant low energy;
- Need to support healing of an injury (chronic or acute);
- Wish to become more metabolically efficient;
- A deep knowing there is a better way than 'dieting' to lose weight / want to healthfully land on ideal body weight;
- Struggling with gut issues (such as IBS, SIBO, gut dysbiosis or Crohns, colitis...);
- Would like to additional tools to help manage an autoimmune condition (such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, IBD, Hashimoto's thyroiditis...);
- Want to overcome a known (or suspected) nutrient deficiencies (such as low iron);
- Would like to redefine relationship with food and learn more about how to fuel oneself for optimal nourishment, health and performance.
Sit down (Zoom or FaceTime) with Sarah to discuss your goals and receive plenty of ideas and suggestions as well as recipes and resources specifically pertaining to you you, your situation and your goals.
Includes:
- 1 x 1-hour consultation / strategy session;
- Follow up email with action items to put into practice to help you achieve your health goals, including a document outlining personalized list of nutrition and supplement suggestions;
- A one-week example menu (within above mentioned document), outlining what the suggested action items might look like in practice;
- A one-day caloric and macronutrient breakdown, to ensure suggestions match your personal targets, simply providing a good baseline from which to grow from;
- Sarah's digital full colour Eat 2 Run Recipe Book containing all recipes covering meals she suggests, plus many more;
- Additional lifestyle based suggestions and resources to address your goals, as appropriate.

If you have an upcoming race scheduled and are hoping to implement all known nutritional strategies possible to set yourself up for your best race yet, then this package is for you.
Sarah will set you up with a personalized race week and race day plan for any distance, road or trail, including:
- the half-marathon;
- the full marathon;
- ultras (including 50k, 50-miler, 100k, 100-miler, and 200-miler)
- triathlons including sprint, Olympic and 70.3 distances; and
- the full Ironman distance.
Sit down (Zoom or FaceTime) with Sarah to discuss your goals and receive plenty of ideas and suggestions as well as recipes and resources specifically pertaining to you, your situation and your goals.
Includes:
- 1 x 1-hour consultation / strategy session;
- A document outlining your own individualized race week and race day nutrition plan (including pre-race and during race fueling with suggested amounts based on individual caloric and macronutrient requirements);
- Sarah's digital full colour Eat 2 Run Recipe Book containing all recipes covering those suggested in the document, plus many more;
- Additional lifestyle based suggestions and resources to address your goals, as appropriate.

Alongside nutrition coaching, I also provide run coaching (via Training Peaks).
You'll hear from me multiple times a weeks and will receive consistent and plentiful feedback, to ensure you're always feeling supported and moving in the right direction.
My only requirement in taking you on as a run client is that you've already worked with me in a nutritional capacity, as I believe nourishing the body with healthy food is an essential part of each training cycle - without it we risk injury and our health (exceptions made for those who already nourish themselves well!).
Includes:
- Access to a premium level Training Peaks account
- Workouts will be uploaded on a weekly basis (however I'll often outline a 'skeleton schedule' so you get a rough idea of what's to come);
- Workouts adjusted or modified on an as needed basis to account for how you are feeling and how your body is responding, as well as any life stuff that might come up for you;
- Access to me for any questions or concerns that come up throughout training;
- Race plans provided for all races;
- Race debrief meeting post-goal race.
Training for 5K, 10K, half marathon or simply health/fitness: CA $175 per month (~US $130)
Training for marathon, 50K, 50-Miler, 100-Miler or 200-Miler: CA $195 per month (~US $145)
Option to add a monthly Zoom or FaceTime 30-45 minute meeting: ADD an additional CA $50 per month (~US $37)
NOT accepting therapeutic coaching clients at this time (since June 2022)
Therapeutic coaching is a non-directive process which focuses on providing you a safe space free of judgment and full of curiosity in order to explore underlying causes of chronic inflammation, anxiety/depression, body weight frustrations, injury, illness and/or disease.
Sarah will guide you through an exploration of any area of concern as we look into your past experiences, current reality and future worries, enabling you to become more aware of surrounding (conscious and unconscious) emotions, perceptions and beliefs.
While Sarah may offer up wisdom from great teachers or experience, the majority of insight will come from within you as she guides you to align with the power and knowing of your own inner wisdom (intuition, heart and gut). The goal is to help you cultivate techniques for living and pursuing goals from a grounded and centred place (as opposed to feeling chronically anxious, disappointed, confused, chaotic, stressed and/or overly emotional [excess or constant fear, anger, grief, shame or guilt]).
Therapeutic coaching builds resilience as Sarah invites you to move toward connecting with your true authentic self and cultivating an openhearted state of living*.
