Holistic Nutrition Plan (3 months)
US $200/month (~CA $246)
Kaydee will work with you to create you an individualized plan to support your performance goals, wellness and lifestyle. Together you’ll address any nutrient imbalances and other factors that may need improvement, to help you reach your goals along with optimal health and wellness.
3 month package includes:
- 1 x 60 min initial call to thoroughly review intake forms, medical history, current nutrition, any symptoms occurring, and lifestyle assessment. This may be done in person, telephone, or via Zoom.
- 5x 30-45 min calls (number may vary depending on client’s preferences) to check-in, review progress, obtain feedback (scheduled preferably every 3 weeks)
- During 30-45 min calls throughout 3 mo period: Go over 3 day-minimum food log from client to obtain an idea of eating patterns, food preferences, food intolerances, areas of improvement, potential supplementation if needed, etc.
- Written Diet Analysis provided to client after seeing client’s food logs to determine potential nutrient deficiencies and areas of improvement
- Example of weekly menu breakdown documents including fueling for workout performance and recovery
- Recipe recommendations from Eat2Run Recipe Book (authored by Sarah Cuff)
- Supplement suggestions

Follow-up Meetings (for after you’ve completed the Nutrition Plan package above and are seeking additional support):

- Address any questions or concerns that may arise

Race Performance Package (3 months)
US $200/month (~ CA$246)
Geared for an athlete that has a goal race in mind, that wants support with their nutrition, but also help fueling for optimal performance and recovery. *Geared towards endurance events: half marathon and marathon training, but will provide support for 5K, 10K, other distance races.
3 month package includes:
- 1x 60 min consultation call to review race goals, previous fueling strategies, lifestyle, and recovery practices
- 5x 30-45 min calls (# may vary depending on client’s preferences)to check-in, review progress, obtain feedback (scheduled preferably every 3 weeks *At least one follow up is recommended)
- During 30-45 min calls throughout 3 mo period: Go over 3 day-minimum food log from client to obtain an idea of eating patterns, food preferences, food intolerances, areas of improvement, potential supplementation if needed, etc.
- Fueling strategies for pre-workout, during, and after training
- Fueling strategy for race day
- Recipes for fueling and recovery
- Race week check in to review fueling for target race

- Visit grocery store with client to make food suggestions
- Recommend “better” food choices and brands
