My running has become stronger, not only in the distance I can run and the speed I can maintain but I also recover far more quickly. Plus, my energy level has never higher. In terms of my health, dropping dairy from my diet was the best thing I’ve ever done – believe it or not this one small change lead to losing an inch off of my neck!
Having my own Eat 2 Run nutritional plan definitely led to amazing results in my life and running performance. I would never be at the running level I am at today without it.
