I decided to connect with Sarah after seeing the incredible results my friend achieved through the Eat2Run program. I decided that 2013 was my year to get serious about running and strive to better my performance. With Sarah’s help, I have achieved a 10km PB, beating my time from 12 years ago. This gave me the confidence towards my ultimate goal this year of running a PB for my Half Marathon. Under Sarah’s guidance, I was able to shave 5 minutes off my best Half time, finishing at 1:47. This is incredible for me as I have been trying to break my previous PB of 1:52, with many failed attempts over the past few years. I finally did it 🙂
I used to eat alot of bars (granola bars, nut & fruit bars, protein bars) as they were convenient in my busy schedule. Sarah has taught me how to eat clean wholesome foods and rid my dependancy of taking digestive supplements to get through my day. I am able to enjoy quick and simple recipes customized for my food sensitivities that have allowed me to reach my goal of 15% body fat.
Sarah is a wealth of knowledge and I am impressed with her educated responses whether its regarding training or nutrition. Her energetic and thoughtful demeanor naturally shines through in her confidence about the programs she offers. It’s a great feeling to have someone push you to your individual training limits while providing constant support and encouragement to better health and fitness.
