“About a year ago, I got back into running after a hiatus of a couple of decades and it was hard to know where to start. After following a training program for a couple of months that I found online, I ran Vancouver’s Eastside 10K autumn of 2014 in 54:31 but didn’t really feel like I knew what I was doing. There is so much on the internet, but nothing compares to an individualized program put together by someone who really knows what they are talking about.
Sarah designed a program with distances and speed work that a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner could benefit from. So this year, I trained for the Eastside 10K by following Sarah’s program, I stayed injury free throughout the training and felt like I was really making progress… and to top if off, I ran a PB of 48:41 that was six minutes faster than last year!”
