Image“As an endurance runner, I was having a hard time finding foods that fuelled me while avoiding the foods that I am intolerant to. Sarah customized a meal plan for me that includes delicious meals and snacks, grocery lists, sample meal plans and more, all while incorporating my food intolerances and training schedule. The level of detail Sarah put into my plan was so much more than I expected.

After following the plan for the past 5 weeks, I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, I’m in a better mood, I’m always satisfied and I feel more prepared to take on each training week. Since eating this way, I’ve also PB’d in my 10k and Half Marathon distances, my injury that I’ve been struggling with is basically non-existent, and I finally feel properly fuelled for my runs.

Hey Sarah! Hope you are doing amazing. My finance and I were just chatting about how much your meal plan truly changed our lives and how we look at food so I had to send you a quick msg to let you know.

We had no idea we were supposed to eat so many veggies, how delicious and satisfying healhty meals can actually be, how much better whole foods make you feel, or how much meal planning would help us. It’s crazy to look back now on the way we used to eat (which we thought was healthy lol).

We’ve also inspired so many of our friends/family/co-workers to eat healthier – drinking green smoothies, bringing raw veggies and dip to work, eating healthier meals, planning, etc and it all started with us eating our healthy food around them and them trying a bite and realizing it was delicious.
