Oats are so nutritious – for one they turbocharge your immune system (due to the beta-glucan they contain)… And by the way did you know they contain avenanthramide? It’s an antioxidant unique to oats and offers anti-inflammatory and heart-healthy benefits.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1 ripe banana (or 2 pitted mejool dates)
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 10-12 frozen strawberries
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately.
