  • an in depth analysis of your current diet, training and lifestyle
  • a personalized nutrition program including appropriate meal and snack ideas suited to your training, lifestyle and preferences, and addressing any problems or concerns, and recipes, all customized to your needs
  • nutrient-timing considerations and guidelines
  • personalized meal plan, weekly planner, grocery list and recipes
  • development of your own personalized race week and day nutrition plan
  • 4 x 30 minute follow-ups, by phone or Skype
  • ongoing email support until race day

Your goal race must be at least 6 weeks or more away (preferably 8-12 weeks).
