Eat 2 Run for You (an approximately 8-week program)

For runners who would like to focus on goals such as:

  • boosting your energy levels; and/or
  • practicing nutrient-timing and fuelling your runs optimally; and/or 
  • running injury-free; and/or
  • achieving optimal training & racing weight; and/or
  • boosting your immune system; and/or
  • figuring out food sensitivities and how to fuel your running around them; and/or
  • building a nourishing and satisfying nutrition plan that fuels your running while avoiding certain foods (fitting guidelines such as paleo, vegan, vegetarian); and/or
  • addressing particular health concerns while fuelling your running

An intake form including a 3-day food journal must be completed prior to scheduling your consultation.

Includes:

  • An initial 1 x 1-hour consultation / strategy session (either in-person or by Skype / FaceTime / phone)
  • 3 x bi-weekly 30-minute follow-up calls
  • 3 x bi-weekly email check-ins
  • your own individualized nutritional plan including meal and snack suggestions, weekly menu example, grocery list, menu planner
  • recipes and resources to support all information provided in nutritional plan
  • email support from me for the duration of your program

Eat 2 Run to Race Day (an approximately 8 to 12-week program)

For runners with an upcoming goal race scheduled.

In this intensive, results oriented program, Sarah will work with you to develop and refine your own individualized nutritional plan that specifically addresses your race goals, dietary requirements, training schedule and lifestyle. It will also address any additional goals you might have such as health, running injury-free, optimal training & racing weight and more. An intake form including a 3-day food journal must be completed prior to scheduling your consultation.

Includes:

  • An initial 1 x 1-hour consultation / strategy session (either in-person or by Skype / FaceTime / phone)
  • 4 x bi-weekly 30-minute follow-up calls
  • 3 x bi-weekly email check-ins
  • your own individualized nutritional plan including meal and snack suggestions, weekly menu example, grocery list, menu planner
  • you own individualized race week and race day nutrition plan
  • recipes and resources to support all information provided in nutritional plan
  • email support from me for the duration of your program

Eat 2 Run Nutrition Consultation – single consult

For runners who already have a decent understanding of how to fuel themselves for health and performance, but would like a bit of additional personalized direction.

Sit down (or Skype / FaceTime / phone call) with Sarah to discuss your goals and receive tips, ideas and recipes all geared to helping you achieve your goals. An intake form including a 3-day food journal must be completed prior to scheduling your consultation.

Includes:

  • 1 x 1-hour consultation / strategy session with Sarah
  • a list of actionable items to put into practice to help you achieve your goals
  • basic follow-up materials such as recipes
  • resources to address your goals

This program is for you if you are looking to be coached in both a nutrition plan and your run training plan. An intake form including a 3-day food journal must be completed prior to scheduling your consultation.

  • an initial 1-hour consultation / strategy session;
  • 3 x 30-minute follow-up sessions (by phone or Skype) with Sarah;
  • personalized running coaching, updated weekly through your personal workoutlog.com account (included in package);
  • run training posted weekly, with feedback on a weekly basis;
  • a custom meal plan designed by me complete with guidelines built around your likes/dislikes, lifestyle and dietary requirements;
  • a grocery list to get you started;
  • recipes for all meals included;
  • each of our follow-ups may result in further refinements and changes to your plan along with the addition of new and exciting recipes and strategies;
  • email support from me for the duration of your program.

If you wish to continue run coaching past the initial 3 months include in this plan, the cost is $147 per month.

Run Coaching

Sarah coaches a limited number of runners on a very individualized basis in their run training plans. They must already have worked with her in a nutrition program (i.e. completed the 3-month nutrition and run coaching program or gone through an Eat 2 Run nutrition program as listed above).

  • 1 x 1-hr consultation (per training cycle) to assess your running goals, history and goal races (included in first month of training / for brand new run clients only);
  • personalized run coaching, updated weekly or more (based on your progress and feedback) through your personal workoutlog.com account (included in package);
  • run training posted weekly or more, with feedback on a weekly basis;
  • email, text and phone support from me as required for the duration of your program.

$247 for the first month and $147.00 per month thereafter
