Yay chia seeds!! Yes, if you know me even just a little bit by now, you know how much I love chia seeds. In that case it’ll be no surprise to you that my second video is starring chia seeds 🙂 Have you ever wondered how I use chia seeds? Wonder no more!

Today I’m going to share with you a million different ways to use chia seeds. Okay, maybe not a million – but it’ll leave you with no excuse for not sneaking them into your daily diet!

Oh, in case you’re wondering, that’s my little doggie Sparkle with me…

As promised in the video, here are the recipes I refer to:

  1. Best Oatmeal Ever & Buckwheat Granola
  2. Chocolate Energy Balls

      Nice! Yep, love ’em in my smoothies 🙂 Apple – almond butter – dark chocolate… I take 3 squares 70% dark chocolate plus 1 Tbsp plain unsweetened coconut milk and melt it so it’s smooth and creamy. Quite the treat I think!!

  1. I love mixing chia seeds with coconut water for a great post recovery drink! I combine the chia seeds with coconut water before my run so that the seeds become jelly! Yum!

    I also love chia seeds with yogurt…again allowing it to sit for a bit to become jelly like.

      Awesome 🙂 Huge fan of coconut water! While I actually don’t like the taste of it on it’s own, I actually love it in my shakes and my lemon-lime sports drink (which is chia seeds + water along with honey and the juice of a lemon and a lime).

      Chia seeds in yogurt – that’s a good one too… Thanks for sharing!
